1. What is Gllowio’s return policy?
At Gllowio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center on our website and enter your order number and email address. Follow the instructions to select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and generate a return shipping label. You can then drop off your package at any carrier location.
3. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also log in to your Gllowio account and navigate to "My Orders" to check the status of your order and see real-time updates on your package's location.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Expedited: 1- 6 business days processing, we use many shipping methods to get your orders to you in the fastest and safest way possible. All of our products take between 2-4 weeks estimated total for production and delivery.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Gllowio offers international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
